For the European Union, we developed the umbrella brand for all EU programmes for transnational cooperation. Interreg is one of the key instruments of the EU supporting cooperation across borders through project funding. It aims to jointly tackle common challenges and find shared solutions in fields such as health, environment, research, education, transport, sustainable energy and more. Interreg has a budget of EUR 10.1 billion invested in 89 programmes responsible for managing project funding. Before, each of these programmes had their own name and visual identity. By uniting them under one brand, we could make all the efforts undertaken by the EU more visible to people. We developed a detailed brand manual describing the use of the new brand and supported some programmes in its implementation.
